DEFENDER 90 Pick-up cover tonneau

The conception and design of these tipper covers combine elegance and efficiency.
The curve of the covers increases the loading height of your tipper by 8 to 13 cm depending on the model and over the entire surface of the tipper.
The manufactured tonneau covers are designed to fit perfectly into the lines of your vehicle.
A suitable design and a careful finish enhance the aesthetic appearance of your pick-up while preserving its original spirit.

Made from composite materials, the body cover is impact resistant and can support a weight of between 100 and 120 kg.
A seal on the inside of the cover keeps your equipment dry.

These tipper covers have a locking system with side bolts.
The key locking system consists of a retractable handle integrated directly into the cover. It protects you against theft. All components of the locking system are made of stainless steel.

The opening and closing of the cover is hinged by two stainless steel hinges. Two gas springs directly attached to the pick-up body allow the cover to open automatically.
Important details: you can drive with the bonnet open (45° angle) for up to 130 km in complete safety.
No additional accessories or handling is required to drive with the bonnet open.
Thanks to its optimised design, each tonneau cover can be removed in less than a minute thanks to a clever system of removable fixings.
