The ECO universal joint (UJ) for the Land Rover Defender TD5 front propshaft is a key drivetrain component that allows torque transfer between rotating shafts while accommodating angular movement.
It ensures smooth and flexible power transmission from the gearbox to the front axle.
Designed for the Defender TD5 front propshaft, this ECO version provides a cost-effective replacement for worn or noisy joints.
Subjected to high mechanical stress, vibration and off-road conditions, the universal joint can wear over time, leading to vibration, knocking noises or drivetrain play.
Replacing the joint restores smooth drivetrain operation and reduces unwanted noise and vibration.
