DISCOVERY 3/4 and RRS transfer box actuator gear

Discovery 3 & 4, Range Rover & Range Rover Sport transfer box actuator motors (IGH500040) are fitted with a nylon gear which is driven by a metal gear, over time the nylon gear wears and strips its teeth and fails to operate. Land Rover do not service the actuator motor and it is very expensive to replace.
